CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS
**GENERAL**
1. By placing an order electronically on the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales agreement provided to you.
2. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws related to the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
3. The shipping costs for the product will be borne by the buyers.
4. Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address provided by the buyer within a maximum legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
5. In case it becomes impossible to deliver the purchased product, the seller is obligated to inform the buyer within 3 days after learning of the situation. The total amount paid by the buyer must be refunded within 14 days.
6. If the buyer does not pay for the product or cancels the payment through the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product is terminated.
7. If it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used by unauthorized persons unlawfully after the product has been delivered, and the product payment is not made by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days with the seller covering the shipping costs.
8. In case of a force majeure event beyond the seller's control preventing the product from being delivered within the specified period, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days.
9. The buyer must inspect the product before accepting it; if the product is damaged or defective (torn, stained, etc.), the buyer must protect the product after acceptance. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
10. The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any legal or penal liability or justification by rejecting the unopened product within 7 days of receiving it, provided they notify the seller through the contact information provided below.

- Faulty product returns or exchanges from the company must be made with the original packaging and label intact.
