Membership Agreement
**1. Parties**
a) **Eddeforlove A.Ş.**: The entity operating the website www.eddeforlove.com (hereinafter referred to as "Eddeforlove").
b) The **Member**: The internet user who registers on www.eddeforlove.com.
**2. Purpose of the Agreement**
The purpose of this Agreement is to define the terms and conditions for the use of the website www.eddeforlove.com, owned by Eddeforlove, by the Member.
**3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties**
3.1. The Member confirms that all personal and other information provided during registration is accurate and undertakes to compensate Eddeforlove for any damages arising from false information.
3.2. The Member is responsible for keeping the password confidential. Sharing the password with others is prohibited. Any unauthorized use will be the responsibility of the Member, and Eddeforlove has the right to claim compensation for any issues arising from such unauthorized access.
3.3. The Member agrees to comply with all relevant laws and regulations while using www.eddeforlove.com. Failure to comply will result in legal and penal consequences.
3.4. The Member may not use the site for illegal activities, including disturbing or harassing others, or violating intellectual property rights.
3.5. All opinions and statements made by the Member on the site are their own and do not reflect the views of Eddeforlove. Eddeforlove is not responsible for any damages caused by these opinions.
3.6. Eddeforlove is not liable for unauthorized access or damage to the Member’s data. The Member agrees not to seek compensation for any loss due to the use of the site.
3.7. The Member agrees not to access or use other users’ data without permission. Any legal responsibility for violations lies solely with the Member.
3.8. If the Member violates any terms of this agreement, they will be personally liable for legal and criminal consequences, and Eddeforlove is not responsible for such violations.
3.9. Eddeforlove reserves the right to cancel the Member's account at any time, without any liability.
3.10. The website and its design, owned by Eddeforlove, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
3.11. Eddeforlove may collect certain information for site improvement and legal compliance, including IP addresses and access times.
3.12. Eddeforlove may disclose the Member’s personal information if required by law or if necessary to protect the site’s rights.
3.13. The site is protected against viruses and other harmful software, but the Member is responsible for ensuring their own system’s security.
3.14. Eddeforlove may change or discontinue services or user data at any time.
3.15. Eddeforlove can update or cancel the terms of this agreement without prior notice.
3.16. All records held by Eddeforlove will be considered as the only valid proof in case of disputes.
3.17. The Member agrees to receive informational emails and SMS notifications from Eddeforlove.
**4. Termination of the Agreement**
This agreement remains in effect until the Member cancels their membership or Eddeforlove terminates it due to a violation of the terms.
**5. Dispute Resolution**
Any disputes regarding this agreement will be settled by the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
**6. Effectiveness**
By registering on the site, the Member acknowledges they have read and accepted the terms of this agreement. The agreement is effective immediately upon registration.
